Protozoa (single-celled)

Microscopic organisms such as Giardia lamblia, Blastocystis hominis and Entamoeba. They multiply inside the body and often cause bloating, loose stools, fatigue and nutrient malabsorption. They are typically addressed with shorter, more intense protocols.

Helminths (worms)

Multicellular worms including pinworms (Enterobius), roundworms (Ascaris), tapeworms (Taenia) and hookworms. Because they have life-cycles with egg stages, worm protocols usually run longer (often across a full lunar cycle) and repeat after ~2 weeks to catch newly hatched eggs.

Biofilm breakers

Many microbes hide within a slimy protective matrix (biofilm). Enzymes, oil of oregano, and compounds like NAC or serrapeptase are used to disrupt biofilm so antiparasitics can reach their target. Always pair biofilm breakers with binders.
